Product introduction:
Vacuum drying is to heat and dry the material under vacuum conditions. It uses a vacuum pump to pump air and moisture, so that the studio is in a vacuum state, the drying rate of materials is greatly accelerated, and energy is also saved. Vacuum drying equipment is divided into static drying and dynamic drying machines. YZG cylinder type, FZG square vacuum dryer belongs to the static vacuum dryer, SZG double cone rotary vacuum dryer belongs to the dynamic dryer.

Working principle:
The so-called vacuum drying means that the dry material is heated and dried under vacuum conditions. If the vacuum pump is used to pump air and moisture, the drying speed is accelerated.
Note: If using condenser. The solvent in the material can be recovered through the condenser. If the solvent is water, the condenser can be used to save energy investment.
Product characteristics:
● The boiling point of the material solution under vacuum is reduced, and the heat transfer driving force of the evaporator is increased, so the heat transfer area of the evaporator can be saved by quantitative heat transfer.
● The heat source for the evaporation operation can be low-pressure steam or waste heat steam.
● Evaporator heat loss is low.
● It can be disinfected before drying, and no impurity is contaminated during the drying process, which meets the requirements of GMP.
● It is a static vacuum dryer, so the shape of the drying material will not be damaged.
