Service guarantee:
1. Pre sale:
Establish records, contact customers, introduce our factory's technology and drying equipment, understand user needs, recommend corresponding equipment, implement trial materials and relevant technical preparations, and improve technical parameters.
2. On sale:
Provide user related drawings and technical information, coordinate user equipment installation and construction, and inform users of production speed and quality. Ensure synchronous coordination between user engineering progress and equipment manufacturing. Handle emergencies and maintain good communication with users.
3. After sales:
① Dispatch personnel to guide the installation to the user, responsible for debugging until delivery for use.
② Responsible for user related personnel operation and maintenance skills training.
③ Provide long-term high-quality and cost-effective spare parts.
④ The warranty period of the equipment is one year. Within one year after acceptance, if the equipment is damaged due to its own quality, we are responsible for free repair. If the malfunction is caused by improper operation, we will charge a cost and implement a 48 hour service repair. That is, we must answer the user's questions within the first 24 hours of receiving the user's message. If it cannot be solved by phone, we will rush to the user's site within the next 24 hours to solve the problem.
