Boiling dryer is a kind of boiling drying equipment for granular materials with a particle size of 0.1-6mm, which is suitable for pharmaceutical, food, light industry and chemical industry. Under the suction of the fan, the natural air passes through the purification cabinet and the heater, forming high-speed air flow in the small hole of the material bed plate, and making the material in a boiling state, and the water in the material rapidly evaporates in the process of large-area contact of the gas-solid two phases, so as to achieve drying.

Working principle:
After the air is heated and purified, it is imported from the lower part by the induced draft fan and passes through the hole mesh plate of the hopper. In the working room, the fluid formation is formed by stirring and negative pressure, and the water is quickly evaporated and taken away with the exhaust gas, and the material is quickly dried.
The material is stirred at low speed at the same time of fluidization to avoid agglomeration, and its application advantage is particularly outstanding for materials with high moisture content and viscosity.
The material to be dried (particles or fine powder) is put into the dryer hopper. After the air is dedusting by the medium efficiency filter, the air is heated up by the heater to the temperature required for drying, and then enters the main tower. When it passes through the porous plate at the bottom of the hopper, the material in the hopper is fluidized and the water is removed and dried. The fine powder that rises with the wind during the drying process is collected by the cloth bag and returned to the fluidized bed by the ash cleaning device.
